The project now has a public log. From here on, every step — collection, fund, brand, partnerships — is dated and shareable.
Official launch of the project's social media accounts across major platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord) to begin building an engaged community. Alongside this, creation of the YouTube channel dedicated to sharing natural pet health advice—designed to help soothe animal discomfort while awaiting a veterinary consultation, particularly when immediate clinic care is unavailable.
The website undergoes a major overhaul to support its growing scale and momentum.
To bring the concepts to life with the highest standards, the Founder brings on a talented freelance artist (Quartz). His exceptional work significantly elevates the visual quality of the collection. Building on this successful collaboration, he will remain the official Woundipets designer for all future editions.
To help support the veterinary fund, expanding this universe into physical merchandise becomes a core priority: the Founder conceptualizes ambitious partnerships targeting industry giants in collectible figurines and customizable plush toys. In parallel, the Founder begins developing a complete universe (the Lore), featuring central characters and rich storytelling. The possibilities for brand development are endless."
The Founder's vision is clear: to provide meaningful support to as many pet owners as possible, Woundipets™ must become a true global brand (IP) and gain widespread recognition. To achieve this, outreach was conducted toward prominent international figures: renowned philanthropists, cryptocurrency pioneers, and tech leaders known for their dedication to animal welfare. While these initial outreach efforts have not yet yielded replies, "the absence of a response is not a refusal". The decision is made: the project will launch independently with the same relentless determination.
What was initially intended to be a small NFT art collection to help clear veterinary debts evolved into a large-scale charitable project. The name Woundipets was officially established, copyrights were secured, and the very first version of the website was launched. The initial focus is on cats, but the vision is already expanding to include other animals.
The Woundipets™ project was born from a deeply personal ordeal: the loss of Mini, the beloved Founder's cat, who passed away at 14 after a three-year battle with diabetes. His final six months were marked by false hopes and complications due to poor veterinary advice, resulting in astronomical costs and suffering that could have been avoided. This painful experience was further echoed by countless stories from surrounding pet owners facing the exact same heartbreak—unable to afford care or save their pets. Turning this grief and outrage into purpose, the Founder set out to build a concrete mission so that no animal is left behind due to unaffordable veterinary bills.
